At VNM Frozen Food Sdn. Bhd., we take pride in delivering high-quality frozen products to our customers.
Due to the nature of our products (frozen and perishable goods), we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:
- The product was delivered in a damaged, defective, or spoiled condition upon arrival.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product packaging was tampered with or not sealed properly upon delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened, cooked, or partially consumed.
- Products not stored according to the recommended storage conditions.
- Products returned after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
5. Replacement Option
If eligible, customers may choose to receive:
- A replacement product (delivered at no extra cost)
- Or a refund according to the terms above.
